I visited Ahotokurom in 2011 for 6 weeks, as part of my medical degree. The Sisters have been friends of my family for many years, and I was keen to witness the amazing work that they do first-hand. Sister Pat was fantastic - she arranged for me to work with a local doctor, enabling me to gain valuable clinical experience. I also visited St. Clare’s several times during our stay, as well as spending some time working with a doctor at Mankassim Hospital.

We have since returned to Ahotokurom, where the fantastic work continues.
